Chefs Press is dedicated to the creation of beautiful, high-quality cookbooks that celebrate the best chefs and restaurants in California. Our publishing program spotlights the innovative cooking styles, diverse ingredients, and ethnic influences that make California Cuisine so unique and appealing. As book publishers, we seek out owners, chefs, and companies who will be strong partners in text-and-recipe creation as well as in publicity and marketing.
